Abdullah is Director of presales for Government and key sales at Mobily, where he leads Mobily presales activities in Government and key sectors across kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Abdullah is an ICT expert with over 13 years of extensive experience in International and local companies and sectors, In past years, Abdullah worked for different international companies including Cisco, Ericsson and BAE systems and he also worked for SP, Government and Banking sectors.
Abdullah has strong technical cross-architecture experience, he is specialized in IoT and interested in emerging Technologies, he proud to be CCIE certified and holds master degree in network engineering, 1st class honours degree.
Abdullah has contributed to the literature in his field through several research papers have been published in different scientific journals such as IEEE and Sciencedirect.

Abdulrahman Bin Mutrib

Abdulrahman is the Executive Vice President and Group CTO of Seera Travel Group, one of the largest leading travel agencies in MENA that is changing fully to e-travel e-commerce corporate by developing next generation travel solutions for B2C, B2E, and B2B.
He has been entrusted with designing and executing a Transformation Program that will transform the Group from a traditional Travel & Tourism to a leading multi-business with interests across Travel, Tourism, Hospitality as well as Technology Investments. Thereby, he is responsible for technology strategic planning and delivery for the online travel technology.
In addition to his current role, Abdulrahman is the co-founder of Merak Capital (a technology investment institution licensed by the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia), and the Chairman of the Board. Furthermore, he is the Executive Vice President of Seera’s Travel Management business unit (Elaa Travel Management), which serves the Corporate and Government travel by providing integrated travel management solutions, through its tailored and intuitive technology-based platform. Also, Abdulrahman is a Project Manager for Atheeb Consortium Bidding for the 2nd Fixed Licence in Saudi Arabia.
Director, National Center for Building and Construction Technology
Bandar is the Director and a Researcher at the National Center for Building and Construction Technology (NCBCT) at the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST). KACST is both the Saudi Arabian national science agency and its national laboratories.
Bandar earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Building Technology from King Saud University (KSU) in Riyadh and a Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) in Los Angeles. His master’s thesis project “New Flexibility and the Architecture of Time” researched the possibility of designing adaptable buildings that evolve over time in response to their users’ needs and requirements. Bandar received his Ph.D. from Virginia Tech in which his research focus and interest is in the area of Automation in Construction.

Dr. Omair was previously CEO of Alsayedah Khadijah Bint Khawilid center (AKBKC), a lobbying center for women’s economic empowerment. During her 15-year leadership, Dr. Omair was at the forefront with decision makers creating the policies and culture shift initiatives towards gender labor inclusion. Dr. Omair lobbied with the government for the removal of regulatory obstacles facing women, and worked with decision makers to draft new legislations resulting in the significant increase of female participation in the labor market.
