New international visa regulations

Saudi Arabia is opening its doors to the world through its new tourist visa. Their new fast and easy-to-use online portal, international visitors from eligible countries can apply for an eVisa and discover the warm hospitality of Saudi people.

Exhibitors and visitors from the Eligible 49 Countries only

Exhibitors and visitors of the show (Eligible 49 Countries only) can obtain a tourist visa through the fast and easy-to-use online portal. You can apply for a one year eVisa, multiple entry visa, allowing to spend up to 90 days in the country. Eligible 49 Countries include:

North America: Canada, US

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom

Asia: Brunei, China (Including Hong Kong and Macau), Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

The eVisa will be a one-year, multiple entry visa, allowing tourists to spend up to 90 days in the country.

From Eastern Ring Road Going North, exit 9, Turn left to King Abdullah Road, U Turn on Uthman Ibn Affan Road back to King Abdullah Branch Road. RICEC is to your right.

From Airport Road go south to Eastern Ring Road, exit 9, Turn right to King Abdullah Road, U Turn on Uthman Ibn Affan Road back to King Abdullah Branch Road. RICEC is to your right.

Parking lots
Free visitor parking is available on the Exhibition Grounds via Gate 2.

 

 

Safety guidelines at the venue:

  • Entry restricted to vaccinated visitors only
  • Any visitor or employee is allowed to enter the site only after presenting the Tawakkalna application
  • Attendance at events held in open spaces should not exceed 40% of the total capacity of the event venue.
  • The capacity of the indoor recreational places is determined to ensure a distance of at least one and a half meters between each person and the other, and this includes the organization of seating or waiting places.
  • Availability of a sufficient number of organizers and distribute them to the gates and event areas, use separate paths, and ensure full compliance with the application of precautions to prevent overcrowding.
  • In the event that the seating of customers in the event is on chairs (such as theaters), the chairs allowed to be used are distributed in a way that ensures the application of a physical distance of at least one and a half meters by leaving empty seats between each person and the other from all directions.
  • Placing clear posters or ground signs for parking places to ensure a physical distance of at least one and a half meters between individuals.
  • The family can sit together and the distance between them and the rest of the customers must be applied to ensure a distance of at least one meter.
  • Hand sanitizers must be provided and placed in prominent places at the doors and toilets so that they are easily accessible to all visitors.
  • If the attendees are sitting at tables, the tables available for use by customers must be arranged within the designated places in a way that ensures that there is a distance of not less than three meters between the ends of the different tables in one hall (the presence of dividers and barriers is not considered as a separation between two different halls, and a complete separation between the halls is required.
  • Everyone is required to wear a mask properly, and to prevent entry without wearing a mask
  • Tickets are sold on the website only, in which entry hours are indicated, crowds are organized at entry and exit, and organizers are placed throughout the event.
  • Allocate entry gates and other exit gates.
  • Putting barriers between employees and visitors at all points of sale
  • Reducing personal contact with customers and visitors, wearing a mask and gloves when dealing with them, and adhering to physical distancing at all times, including the process of checking tickets, selling them, or selling food and drinks.
  • The capacity of the elevators should be reduced and floor stickers should be placed to ensure physical distancing to ensure a distance of at least one and a half meters between individuals.
  • The number of people at one table should not exceed five people, even if they are from the same family or friends.
